The number of Juvenile Arrests reported by the precincts were apportioned according to the 16 year old and under population in Manhattan Community Districts 4, 5, and 6. The number of Domestic Violence Arrests reported were apportioned according to the total population in Manhattan Community Districts 4, 5, and 6.

Explanation: The ranking of Juvenile Arrests by Community District for Ages 16 and Under is based on the community district with the highest number of arrests as number 1 and the smallest number in arrests as number 59.
